No problem! Portal access is 6 months by default, but our team can adjust to as short as 1 month or as long as 12 months. Just let us know in the portal.
For Essentials and Plus (seller-directed programs), we offer a 7-day cancellation window with full refund of upfront program fees only if your property has not been uploaded to the MLS and any delays were on our end. Once your listing is on MLS or after 7 days, flat listing fees are earned and non-refundable. For Professional and Signature (broker-represented programs), no refund is offered. Cancellation or termination is governed by the official Florida listing agreement you sign, and you will be responsible for any out-of-pocket marketing expenses the broker has incurred on your behalf.
