Use of Service

MaxxCity provides a hyper-local real estate discovery platform for the Space Coast, FL area. You may use the service to browse listings, explore neighborhoods, save favorites, and connect with agents.

Listings

Property listings are provided through the Brevard MLS Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program. MaxxCity does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listing information. Always verify property details directly with the listing agent or broker. Listing data is updated regularly but may not reflect real-time changes in availability or price.

Neighborhood Data & Third-Party Sources

Neighborhood profiles on MaxxCity contain information aggregated from multiple third-party sources. MaxxCity is not the source of truth for any of this data. We make no warranties as to its accuracy or completeness. Specifically:

School ratings are derived from Florida Department of Education (FDOE) School Grades published for the 2024–2025 school year, as reported by Brevard Public Schools. School zone assignments and performance grades can change annually. Always verify current school assignments with Brevard Public Schools at brevardschools.org before making decisions based on school information.
Median prices and price ranges are calculated from active and pending MLS listing data and represent a snapshot in time. They do not constitute an appraisal or market analysis.
Walkability scores, neighborhood descriptions, and lifestyle ratings are editorial estimates intended for general informational purposes only.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

Limitation of Liability

MaxxCity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or reliance on any neighborhood, school, or market data displayed on this platform. All real estate decisions should be made in consultation with a licensed real estate professional.
