MaxxCity Realty SMS Opt-In Policy
We are committed to transparent, consent-based SMS communication. This page describes how we collect opt-in consent, what messages we send, and how recipients can opt out at any time.

How Opt-In Consent Is Collected
End users opt in to receive SMS messages from MaxxCity Realty by completing a contact, property inquiry, home search, buyer consultation, seller consultation, or account setup form on MaxxCityRealty.com or MaxxCityHomes.com. Each form includes a required phone number field and a separate, unchecked SMS consent checkbox.
Only users who actively check the SMS consent checkbox are opted in. The checkbox is never pre-checked. Submitting a form without checking the consent box does not constitute opt-in to SMS communications.
Consent Language
The following exact language appears adjacent to the SMS consent checkbox on every applicable form:
“I agree to receive SMS messages from MaxxCity Realty regarding my property inquiry, home search, listing consultation, special offers, appointment reminders, and related real estate services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. View our Terms, Privacy Policy & SMS Policy.”
Example — Seller Consultation Form
Below is a representative example of how the SMS consent checkbox appears on our seller consultation form. The checkbox is unchecked by default and must be actively selected by the user.

Types of Messages Sent
MaxxCity Realty sends the following categories of SMS messages to opted-in users:
- One-time verification codes for identity confirmation during form submission
- Follow-up messages related to a submitted property inquiry or consultation request
- Appointment reminders for buyer or seller consultations
- Home search updates and new listing alerts relevant to the user's stated criteria
- Responses to inbound messages initiated by the user
Message frequency: Varies based on user activity and inquiry stage. Typically 1–5 messages per inquiry or campaign.
Data Sharing & Third Parties
MaxxCity Realty does not share, sell, rent, or transfer SMS opt-in consent data or mobile phone numbers with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent data is used solely by MaxxCity Realty for the communications described above.
How to Opt Out
Recipients can opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:

- • Reply HELP to any SMS message to receive support information
- • Contact us directly at the information below to request removal
Opt-out requests are processed immediately. You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.
