MaxxCity Realty SMS Opt-In Policy
We are committed to transparent, consent-based SMS communication. This page describes how we collect opt-in consent, what messages we send, and how recipients can opt out at any time.

How Opt-In Consent Is Collected
End users opt in to receive SMS messages from MaxxCity Realty by completing a contact, property inquiry, home search, buyer consultation, seller consultation, or account setup form on MaxxCityRealty.com or MaxxCityHomes.com. Each form includes an optional phone number field and two separate, unchecked SMS consent checkboxes — one for transactional/real estate service messages and one for promotional/marketing messages. A cell phone number is only required if the user actively checks one or both SMS consent checkboxes.
Only users who actively check one or both SMS consent checkboxes are opted in to that category. The checkboxes are never pre-checked. Users who do not check either consent checkbox may still submit the form and will receive identity verification by email instead of SMS. Each SMS consent type is recorded and stored independently.
Consent Language
The following exact language appears adjacent to the SMS consent checkbox on every applicable form:
Checkbox 1 — Real Estate Services SMS: "I agree to receive SMS messages from MaxxCity Realty regarding my property inquiry, home search, listing consultation, appointment reminders, and related real estate services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help."
Checkbox 2 — Promotions & Special Offers SMS: "I agree to receive promotional and marketing SMS messages from MaxxCity Realty, including special offers, market updates, and community news. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help."
SMS consent is not required to submit the form. Users who do not select either SMS option will verify their identity via email. View our Terms, Privacy Policy & SMS Policy.

Types of Messages Sent
MaxxCity Realty sends two distinct categories of SMS messages, each requiring separate opt-in consent:
Transactional / Real Estate Services (Checkbox 1):
- Follow-up messages related to a submitted property inquiry or consultation request
- Appointment reminders for buyer or seller consultations
- Home search updates and new listing alerts relevant to the user's stated criteria
- Responses to inbound messages initiated by the user
Promotional / Marketing (Checkbox 2):
- Special offers and limited-time promotions
- Market updates, neighborhood reports, and community news
- MaxxCity Realty product and service announcements
Message frequency: Varies based on user activity and inquiry stage. Typically 1–5 messages per inquiry or campaign.
Data Sharing & Third Parties
MaxxCity Realty does not share, sell, rent, or transfer SMS opt-in consent data or mobile phone numbers with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent data is used solely by MaxxCity Realty for the communications described above.
How to Opt Out
Recipients can opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP to any SMS message from MaxxCity Realty
- Reply HELP to any SMS message to receive support information
- Contact us directly at the information below to request removal
Opt-out requests are processed immediately. You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.
